England Cricket Team squad for U19 World Cup 2026 in Zimbabwe and Namibia

Somerset Thomas Rew, a wicketkeeper-batter who most recently played for the England Lions during their tour of Australia, will captain the team in the upcoming ICC Under-19 Men’s Cricket World Cup. The vice-captain will be Farhan Ahmed, who led the U19 team in Rew’s absence during their most recent seven-game Youth ODI series against the West Indies.
According to head coach Michael Yardy, England’s team has diversity heading into the competition.
“This is an excellent opportunity for the players we’ve chosen to not just represent England at a World Cup but also to go out and try to do something remarkable.The England Under-19s have been assigned to Group C of the 16-team competition and will be deployed in Zimbabwe. They initiate a campaign on Pakistan.
